Responsibilities
Responsibilities :
- Hire, train, and manage a team of 13 people based in Poland & Mexico
- Knowledge of Order to Cash Process
- Responsible for KPI Reporting
- Assist with PWC Audit
- Host meetings with business stakeholders internally & externally
- Ability to lead, manage and implement new systems and integrations
- Ability to understand a complex business and provide solutions
- Problem Solving & Communication Skills
- Month End Reporting & Subledger Reconciliation – Understanding of basic accounting
- Understanding of bad debt and loss of receivables
- Work to improve processes and procedures related to AR, Credit & Collections
- Assumes other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Education & Experience :
Experience with High Radius, implementation phase preferableBachelor’s degree Required (Accounting or Finance Preferred) - as an advantageMust have Intermediate Excel KnowledgeMust have basic accounting knowledgeExperience with Microsoft Office Applications and ERP Systems, D365 preferableGreat customer service skillsPreferred Qualifications :
Minimum 3 to 5 years of working experience in an OTC environment, Cash Application fieldExperience in team managementKnowledge / Skills / Abilities :
Must have good written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work well with othersMust be able to perform in a high-speed, high-pressure environmentMust be attentive to detailsWillingness to come to the office in Katowice twice a monthWhat do we offer
