Enterprise Technology brings together all areas of financial crime risk management at HSBC including anti- money laundering, transaction monitoring, screening, risk assessment etc. and is dedicated to implement the most effective global standards to combat financial crime. Software Engineer Lead , role is part of Finance Treasury IT function. We are scaling our cloud-native treasury delivery capability beyond China, and Poland is positioned to be our next major delivery hub. We are seeking a hands-on engineering leader to scale a high-performing team, establish engineering excellence, and serve as the delivery anchor for our modern treasury stack.

What you need to have to succeed in this role :

• 12+ years in software engineering with cloud-native experience
• Experience building and scaling high-performing engineering teams
• Expertise in microservices, containers, cloud infrastructure
• Experience navigating global, multi-location delivery models
• Excellent communication and culture-building capabilities
• Treasury or finance domain experience is a plus
