Location : Remote

Job Type : Contract (1099 Independent Contractor)

Compensation : Commission Only

Contract Length : 90 Days (with potential renewal or transition to W-2 employment with salary, benefits, and bonuses)

Schedule : Monday–Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM EST

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Recruiter with 5+ years of recruiting experience to join our team. This is a commission-only 1099 contractor role for the first 90 days, with opportunities to renew or transition to W-2 employment offering salary, benefits, and bonuses.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and engage qualified candidates for corporate roles.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to offer acceptance.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
• Maintain accurate records in ATS and promote our employer brand
