Your IMPACT :
Managing and building expertise on the HR administration process for the employees based in Nordic & Baltic regionDetection and deployment of improvements aimed at the demands of the zone and suggesting solutions to complexities.Independent handling and anticipation of escalations and zone's needsBeing the first point of contact for the local HR Services team & leaders, and build bridges with other local stakeholders (such as HR Business Partners)Taking care of uploading data and its quality in different HR systems, with a strong focus on data excellence,preparing different HR and data reports and analysis regarding employee administration,helping our employees, managers and HR business partners in Nordic-zone in variety of HR related topics via phone and email,participating in review of HR processes in order of continuous improvement of their quality,supporting our HR teams in various daily operations & hr projects.Providing detailed Root Cause Analyses and deploying action plans in order to fix and avoid issues in futureDelivery of insights on service delivery results and preparing KPI reviews for Quarterly Business ReviewsEnsuring proper onboarding of new / less experienced team-membersYour Profile :
Interest, knowledge, education and / or experience in HR would be your advantage,experience in SSC / BPO organization will be a huge asset,customer orientation and team working skills, being a team playerproactive attitude and innovation spirit.Languages :
