CoCoNet is a software house with headquarters in Germany and subsidiaries in Poland and Romania.

We build next generation digital banking solutions for corporate banking. We are looking for highly motivated Software Engineers (Java) willing to join our team and pick up interesting challenges.

We are a software vendor developing and delivering digital corporate banking platform to both large and mid-sized banks. Being on the international market for many years, we offer our employees stability, good atmosphere, high technical standard and interesting opportunities.

To our Warsaw team we are searching for

Software Engineers (Java)

What you would do with us :

Design and develop secure web solutions for banks in areas such as : global payments, multi-bank cash management, digital client onboarding, corporate banking apps, open banking APIs, innovative dashboards

Write code with high emphasis on security, performance, review, good test automation, which is integrated and deployed using modern CI / CD solutions

Participate in prototyping of new solutions and convert your ideas to major improvements

What we expect from you :

At least 3 years of commercial experience in Java programming

Sense of ownership, customer focus, attention to detail, drive for seeking optimal solutions

Academic degree in computer science or related field

Good understanding of developer toolset with emphasis on topics such as Git, Spring, Hibernate, REST APIs, web applications security; knowledge of Spring Boot as well as classic application servers will be a plus

Passion in designing and writing good code and tests

Readiness to share knowledge and learn new things

Openness for occasional business travel (mainly EU countries but might also be non-EU)

Good command of English in speech and writing

Our stack : Java 17 (part of the codebase is still being ported from Java 8 to Java 17), Spring, Hibernate, React, node.js, Typescript, Flutter, JSF (in one of the products), Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, Maven, Gradle, Elastic Search, Kibana

Our work environment : Ubuntu on a mobile workstation, IntelliJ IDEA, 2 monitors, electric desk in the office, laptop if needed

Not many meetings (their number might grow in the future depending on development path)

Our Warsaw team : 70 people working in about 8-person teams
