Job Purpose
Lead sustainable construction projects across the region and support critical or underperforming initiatives. Provide expertise in sustainable construction and apply global processes locally, following business strategy and corporate guidelines. Advise the Head of CRE CEE Construction on ongoing projects, future plans, and improvement opportunities. Deliver construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards. Typical projects include Express Hubs, Gateways, Sorting Centers, and large fit-outs.
Your Tasks
- Deliver sustainable construction projects across the full lifecycle, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery, coordinating internal teams and external contractors.
- Develop and implement sustainability initiatives and propose energy-efficient technologies for real estate projects in Poland.
- Collaborate with business colleagues (development, design, operations, finance), Legal, Risk, and Procurement teams to align solutions, finalize transactions, and support decision-making.
- Manage budgeting, cost control, and financial monitoring for construction projects, including preparing documents, approvals, and analytics for underwriting and risk assessment.
- Support contractor selection, monitor performance of third-party firms, and resolve day-to-day project delivery issues to improve efficiency.
- Assist with land acquisition processes, due diligence, and market analysis to identify project opportunities and support portfolio development.
Your Profile
Master’s degree in Real Estate, Construction, Engineering, Architecture, or Environmental Sciences (renewable technologies focus) or equivalent.Relevant experience, including at least 2 years in sustainability management.Fluent in Polish and English.Strong knowledge of the Polish energy market and sustainability regulations.Expertise in sustainability strategy, energy efficiency technologies, and green construction practices.Skilled in project management, contract negotiation, budgeting, cost estimation, and scheduling.Experienced in technical due diligence, feasibility studies, construction drawings, building specifications, industrial buildings, and building automation.Strong vendor and stakeholder management, presentation, and influencing skills.Knowledge of construction safety and planning compliance.We offer :
