The Opportunity :
We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, performance, and long-term growth of one or more high-impact casual titles. This role goes beyond daily LiveOps execution - you’ll shape product direction, drive measurable business outcomes, and act as a strategic partner to leadership, design, engineering, and publishing teams.
You’ll operate as the accountable owner of product performance, balancing player experience, retention, and monetization while helping define how we build, scale, and operate games at UserWise.
This is a full-time remote role for a senior operator who can move from strategy → execution → optimization without friction.

Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Direction
- Own the long-term strategy for a title or portfolio segment
- Translate business and partner goals into actionable product direction
- Identify growth opportunities across retention, engagement, and monetization
- Anticipate risks and adjust roadmap priorities proactively
Performance Ownership
Accountable for core KPIs (retention, ARPDAU, LTV, engagement)Lead experimentation and prioritization based on expected impactDrive sustainable revenue and player growthLiveOps & Feature Leadership
Define LiveOps strategy and seasonal initiativesGuide feature investment and progression evolutionEnsure content and systems align with long-term product healthCross-Functional Leadership

5+ years of Product Management experience in mobile gamingProven ownership of game performance and product outcomesStrong LiveOps leadership experienceDeep understanding of casual game ecosystems (arcade, puzzle, trivia, hybrid)Strong data proficiency ( Tableau, Amplitude, experimentation frameworks)Experience managing economies, progression systems, and monetization loopsAbility to influence cross-functional teams and drive alignmentExperience mentoring or guiding other PMsExcellent communication across product, business, and creative teamsFluent in EnglishStrong plus
