• Treat our internal platform as a product—obsess over developer experience and skyrocket delivery speed.
• Blend big‑picture strategy with just enough hands‑on knowledge in Linux, CI / CD, and Terraform to challenge and guide your squads.
• Be the ultimate voice for developers; listen hard, champion their needs, and deliver a faster, safer platform.
