We are looking for a candidate with :
- Experience in customer facing roles or negotiations
- Willingness to work with client (via phone / mail) and proactive approach
- Ability to work as part of a team and collaborate effectively with others
- Handling multi and ad-hoc tasks
- Additional experience or educational background in procurement / logistics / Supply Chain would be an asset
- Language : French – C1 and English – min B2
- SAP knowledge nice to have
Your key activities :
Work on activities related to supply chain process in aeronautics : PR analysis, PO management, quotes creation, export control licenses management, material sales management, material substitution, SO / STO, return order flow, delivery dates collaboration, delivery monitoring, missing parts management, dispute managementInteract closely with Front Officer / focal points for any clarifications, complex work, and updatesStock level management in SAP system : stock optimizationDocument process documentation and standard methodologiesFacilitate and / or participate in team and customer meetingsTo interact directly with Suppliers and clients for day-to-day workReaching the business (Service Level Agreement) and personal targetsEnsuring efficiency & high quality of the performed processesIdentify process gaps and improvement opportunitiesYou can expect from us :
