Lead Automation Test Engineer

Novocure is a global publicly-traded commercial-stage oncology company developing a profoundly different cancer treatment therapy called Tumor Treating Fields (TTFields) for patients with solid tumors. TTFields therapy is a non‑invasive, novel, antimitotic treatment modality which utilizes proprietary technology attempting to slow or reverse tumor progression by inducing tumor cell death. Novocure's commercialized product, Optune, is approved for the treatment of adult patients with glioblastoma (GBM) in the USA, Europe and Israel. Novocure has ongoing or completed clinical trials and is further expanding its efforts into several other solid tumor indications – non‑small cell lung cancer, pancreatic cancer and other types of solid cancers.

JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Automated Test Lead to drive the development, implementation, and maintenance of automated testing frameworks across our enterprise systems. This role will focus on ensuring the quality and reliability of applications including SAP S / 4HANA , web platforms , mobile applications , and APIs (e.g. MuleSoft or similar). The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, technical acumen, and a passion for delivering high‑quality software at scale.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the strategy, design, and implementation of automated testing frameworks and test plans across SAP S / 4HANA, web, mobile, and APIs (e.g. MuleSoft).
• Collaborate closely with product, development, and DevOps teams to define test automation requirements and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using industry‑standard tools and frameworks.
• Integrate test automation into CI / CD pipelines to support agile development cycles.
• Ensure full test coverage for functional, regression, integration, performance, and API testing.
• Monitor and report on test execution, results, and key quality metrics; identify and drive resolution of defects.
• Advise a development team and promote best practices in automated testing and quality assurance.
• Continuously evaluate emerging tools, technologies, and processes to improve test efficiency and effectiveness.
