If you enjoy working with customers and always put their needs first, this opportunity is for you

How will you take care of our customers?

  • Communicating via phone, email, and chat
  • Solving issues ranging from missing deliveries to payment errors
  • Verifying and correctly entering customer data into the system
  • Managing orders placed on JET / Liferando to ensure they reach our restaurant partners without complications
  • Collaborating with your team, staying motivated, and maintaining regular contact with your leader

Make sure to check if :

  • You enjoy customer interactions and have experience in this area
  • You are available to work part-time - evening shifts and including weekends - 20 hours per week.
  • You have patience and empathy, making conversations with difficult customers a breeze
  • Your English and Dutch skills allow you to communicate effectively with international customers (minimum level B2 / C1)
