required skills :

4+ years of experience in CRM system administration, support, or a consulting role related to Microsoft Dynamics, including its implementation, configuration, and maintenance.

Profound knowledge of Dynamics CRM software : functionalities, customizations, integrations, and data migration practices and tools.

Proficiency in programming languages (C#, .NET, JavaScript, or HTML) for custom development and scripting within Dynamics.

Ability to create and modify workflows, plugins, and integrations with other systems.

Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server : writing queries, designing databases, and performing data analysis.

English B2+ .

nice-to-have skills :

• Microsoft certifications : Dynamics 365 Sales Functional Consultant Associate, Dynamics 365 Customer Service Functional Consultant, or equivalent.
