Your mission

You will identify, develop and maintain strategic customer relationships in the field of electrical energy generation, conversion and transmission either for renewable power sector or other energy horizontal markets in the area of inverters / converters, battery storage, industrial control panels or switchgears products and applications

You will conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify trends, competition and business opportunities

You will be responsible for preparation and implementation of business development strategies that will ensure the growth of the organisation and increase of its competitiveness in the marketplace

Ideally you already have industry knowledge and good established business contacts, and you will proactively and independently acquire new customer relationships in new business fields (e.g. energy storage systems, UPS systems, hydrogen generation, solar applications, etc.)

You will be using advanced acquisition methods via social networks and traditional campaigns to identify and

qualify leads and generate new sales opportunities

You will actively identify and develop new strategic business opportunities

You are responsible for achieving margin and revenue targets

As the interface between any business partner, marketing, engineering and operational departments, you coordinate the implementation of new products / applications and convert opportunities to achieve business goals

You report regularly to the sales management

You develop and adjust pricing strategies to market conditions

You are responsible for negotiating and executing framework supply contracts in an international environment

You will be regullary travelling to potential customers

You will be participating actively in trade shows and conferences

Your profile

You have successfully completed engineering degree - electrical engineering highly desire

You have 5-10 years of professional experience in business development and technical sales

You have in-depth industry knowledge in the field of wind, solar or energy storage systems as well as a technical understanding of the corresponding power electronic applications

You have a solid understanding of commercial business processes and project management.

You have very good communication skills and a confident demeanor across all functional areas

Your English is business fluent - other foreign languages are an advantage

You act skillfully even in difficult negotiations and have a solid understanding of intercultural peculiarities

You will be delighted to inspire customers with our products and to advance the company's goal through new deals

You are proactive, motivated and your way of working is solution-oriented

You are experienced in building customer relationship with biggest OEM customers
