We are seeking a highly skilled Software Engineer to join our dynamic and innovative team of backend developers building AI Agent Platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Python, cloud engineering, and building APIs, including processing of unstructured data. Build cloud-based solutions in Python Deploy services to the different environments Design and develop scalable and secure APIs and data processing pipelines (e.g., document indexing for RAG solutions) Collaborate with cloud engineering teams to deploy and manage solutions on Azure or AWS Create and maintain CI / CD pipelines Perform bug fixes and support during the deployment and testing phase Minimum 5 years of working experience with Python software design and development, with expertise in building scalable and secure solutions, including knowledge of async programming and multithreading Expertise in cloud engineering with commercial experience in Azure or AWS Familiarity with API development (RESTful / GraphQL), with expertise in high-volume request handling (throttling, rate limiting, authentication) and strong knowledge of algorithms and data structures Knowledge of microservices and architecture patterns Hands-on experience with DevOps tools, Kubernetes, and Docker will be an asset Very good knowledge of English and Polish Residence in Poland is required Great Place to Work since 2015 - it’s thanks to feedback from our workers that we get this special title and constantly implement new ideas Employment stability - revenue of PLN 2.1BN, no debts, since 2006 on the market We share the profit with Workers - over PLN 76M has already been allocated for this aim since 2022 Attractive benefits package - private healthcare, benefits cafeteria platform, car discounts and more Comfortable workplace – class A offices or remote work Dozens of fascinating projects for prestigious brands from all over the world – you can change them thanks to Job Changer application PLN 1 000 000 per year for your ideas - with this amount, we support the passions and voluntary actions of our workers Investment in your growth – meetups, webinars, training platform and technology blog – you choose Fantastic atmosphere created by all Sii Power People
