Requirements
Education: Master’s Degree in a related Science/Marketing subject
Experience:
- At least 2 years sales experience within the diagnostic field. Local experience with high knowledge of the national/local business environment
- Previous experience in IVD (In Vitro Diagnostics) and/or highly regulated FDA environments and biotechnology industry experience
Technical Competencies:
- Proven Sales experience and skills
- Good knowledge of the relative market segment and its key players
- Knowledge of the laboratories ‘process flow
- Flexibility and ability to liaise within different organizational areas and key internal and external referees
- Operational accountability to ensure the implementation of the defined action plan Seasoned experience using Microsoft Power Point, Work and Excel
- Very good knowledge of Windows 2000/Windows XP/Windows 7

Responsibilities
- Maintain, develop current business and identify new opportunities within assigned area (own territory and/or Country) for products in portfolio and utilize tactical sales plans in accordance with sales strategies, to maximize revenue, profit and company image.
- Represent the company and its products to customer, within the company's code of ethics, so as to enhance the company image.di
- Assist in the provision of realistic forecasts to ensure continuity or product supply.
- Provide first level customer support and liaise the Customer Care, Service and Order department to ensure the highest level of customer service.
- Monitoring tender announcements at the own territory
- Preparation of tender offers in cooperation with Tender Team including analysis of tender specification and writing merit questions if needed
- Develop, implement and adapt the tactical and operational plan in line with corporate strategic product objectives.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with customers to support current and future product objectives.
- Accountable for adherence, brand promotional message, profiling and positioning and for transfer of correct product information between customer and company.
- Ensure the all ISO/SOP processes are followed.
- Reports, quotations, literature requests, FOC forms, forecasting sheets and expenses to be completed within set time frames and according to Company Policy.
- Accountable for daily reporting on activities with customers in the CRM system.
- Provide management with all relevant data in specified time frame.
