Opis pracyWe are looking for an experienced, self-driven SAP Project Manager to lead SAP ERP implementation projects within our SAP Consulting team. You will be working closely with external clients and internal teams across the full project lifecycle—from presales through blueprint, delivery, and post-go-live phases. This role requires solid SAP implementation experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage both people and priorities effectively. Working in our SAP Consulting Department as an implementation project manager Being accountable for all aspects of project management, including scope definition, requirements gathering, detailed project planning, monitoring and controlling, risk management through to successful launch and post-go live adoption Defining the project’s objectives and overseeing quality control throughout its life cycle Managing project phases from initiation through planning, executing, monitoring, controlling, formal closing, and preparing for Post-Project Review Involvement in preparing proposals in response to Requests for Proposal (RFP), as required Coordinating workstreams between functional consultants, developers, and business users Facilitating communication between project stakeholders, including C-level representatives Organizing and leading project workshops, meetings, and steering committees Monitoring progress and proactively addressing issues or roadblocks Collaborating with teams on effort estimation and resourcing during presales phases Seeking new solutions proactively and taking initiative in process improvements Providing support with your experience to other project managers in overcoming project impediment and ensuring high-quality team communication The role is primarily remote; however, it may involve travel to client sites or participation in important industry events, accounting for approximately up to 20-30% of your time Approximately 8 years of overall project management experience, including at least 4 years of leading SAP ERP implementation projects, with a strong track record of applying structured project methodologies Successful leadership of at least 2 end-to-end SAP ERP implementations, preferably within TM, EWM, WM, GTS, SD, MM, or logistics / supply chain modules Experience across all phases of project delivery : from scoping, blueprinting, and estimation to execution, go-live, and post-implementation stabilization Solid understanding of the SAP ERP ecosystem, including project documentation, implementation methodologies (e.g. SAP Activate), and integration across modules and business areas Business process knowledge in logistics, supply chain, or manufacturing domains Ability to manage both functional and technical teams in distributed and international environments Strong business acumen with the ability to translate client needs into delivery plans and effectively engage with stakeholders, including C-level executives Experience supporting presales activities, such as effort estimation, proposal creation, and client presentations Excellent organizational and communication skills, with a detail-oriented, solution-focused, and collaborative approach to team and project management Proficiency in tools such as SAP Solution Manager, MS Project, Jira, Azure DevOps, and MS Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Fluency in English (minimum B2 / C1 level) – must have Active Category B driving license Remote-first and flexible work Stable employment conditions : contract of employment Development and training opportunities : work with modern SAP technologies (S / 4HANA), learn from company-supported courses, take part in internal training sessions, and webinars Challenging global projects : participate in unique implementation projects for well-known clients Great independence of action : we trust your judgment, encourage initiative, and support when needed Performance-based bonuses : recognition of your impact and engagement Supportive and ambitious international teams : collaborate with talented professionals Team-building events : we help you build meaningful connections with your colleagues, either offline or online Language lessons : online group classes with professional tutors, fully covered by VESLOG Equipment : we’ll provide you with the tools and hardware you need for your role Voluntary participation in benefits primarily funded by the organization : Medicover – premium health package MultiSport – sport card Retirement saving system with an additional employer contribution sharing the costs of sports activities private medical care sharing the costs of foreign language classes remote work opportunities flexible working time retirement pension plan no dress code coffee / tea
