Inviting applications for the role of Accounts Payable – Domain Trainee – German – Remote EMEA / EU!

In this role, you will manage and oversee the accounts payable (AP) processes for merchandise and / or non-merchandise, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Process and verify invoices related to merchandise / non-merchandise purchases.
• Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure proper documentation and approval of invoices.
• Maintain accurate records of all AP transactions.
• Assist in month-end closing activities by preparing AP reports and reconciliations.
• Provide support to vendors and internal stakeholders, resolving invoice-related queries and issues.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in AP processing.
