Our client is a well-known SSC, currently in the process of building a new department focused on order management.
Your responsibilities
- Handle and optimize daily transactional tasks to meet SLA and KPI targets, following standardized procedures.
- Support and lead process improvement initiatives and related projects.
- Ensure full compliance with all applicable regulations and internal / external guidelines.
- Maintain effective communication with both internal and external customers and stakeholders.
- Create and regularly update operational process documentation.
- Serve as a backup for team members and actively contribute to knowledge sharing and transfer.
- Build and nurture strong, collaborative relationships across teams and with clients.
- Foster a problem-solving mindset by identifying issues and proposing effective solutions.
Employer requirements
Bachelor degree.Experience in a Customer Service area environment is nive to have.Familiarity with business process management at any level of experience.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.A customer-oriented mindset with the ability to understand and meet client needs.Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to continuous improvement.Previous experience in a Shared Services Center environment is a plus.Fluent English (B2) and German (C1)What employer offers
