ABOUT THE ROLE

Due to continuous growth, our Mobile Development Team is excited to welcome a Senior iOS Developer who will help us build and maintain world-class iOS applications for our innovative, industry-leading digital products.

As a Senior iOS Developer (Tech Advisor) , you’ll play a vital role in shaping the mobile experience for millions of users, ensuring our apps are efficient, scalable, and user-friendly. Working closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers, you’ll be instrumental in defining and implementing best development practices and in guiding technical decisions across projects.

YOUR MISSION

As a Senior iOS Developer at Leadtech, you will :

• Oversee the external development and maintenance of iOS applications, ensuring top-notch quality and performance.
• Define and implement software development best practices (CI / CD, automated testing, code reviews) across multiple projects.
• Monitor and optimize key app performance metrics, ensuring stability and scalability.
• Develop reusable tools and components to support efficiency and consistency across our app portfolio.
• Collaborate closely with Product and Design teams to define, estimate, and deliver new features and products.
• Promote teamwork and foster a positive, learning-oriented environment where collaboration thrives.
