📱Part-time Mobile Growth Engineer (React Native / TypeScript)

🔍 Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced React Native Growth Engineer to join a product-focused team working on a fast-growing consumer mobile application in the travel and leisure sector .

This role combines hands-on mobile engineering with a strong growth and experimentation mindset . You will work close to the product, owning features end-to-end and actively contributing to initiatives focused on user activation, retention, and engagement.

The project is a consumer-facing mobile application operating in the travel and entertainment space , designed for a broad, international user base. The product emphasizes discovery, engagement, and repeat usage, with a strong focus on experimentation and data-driven product decisions.

The team operates in a lean, startup-style environment, prioritizing fast iteration, measurable impact, and close collaboration between engineering, product, and design.

💼 Responsibilities

• Build and iterate on mobile features using React Native and TypeScript
• Own implementation of growth experiments (A / B tests, UX iterations, feature rollouts)
• Collaborate closely with product and design on hypothesis-driven development
• Analyze product and user data to inform technical and product decisions
• Ensure high performance, stability, and quality of the mobile app in production
• Take part in release cycles for iOS and Android (builds, CI / CD, store releases)
• Proactively identify areas for improvement in user experience and conversion flows
• (Optional) Support analytics, tracking, or lightweight backend integrations
