Intern, Talent Acquisition Coordinator - English Speaking

You start on a 6-month contract as an Abbott Intern with a high chance of getting prolonged showing good performance and cultural team fit.

As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will be part of a fun, international and highly skilled in-house Warsaw-based recruitment team for the EMEA Cluster and will be supporting various markets.

In collaboration with the Talent Acquisition Team, the Talent Acquisition Coordinator is responsible for ensuring a seamless hiring manager and candidate experience with great communications and practical logistical support to meet the company's needs.

Responsibilities :

• Serves as a point of contact to deliver a best-in-class experience for candidates and hiring managers at all levels.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date requisition and candidate information in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Workday.
• Provide 1st level CV screen on requisitions to TA specialists.
• Ensuring that all relevant communication to managers and candidates are sent out during the recruitment process.
• Negotiates and schedules interview dates with the hiring manager and candidates and check for room availability.
• Regular follow up with the respective hiring managers and candidates to ensure timeliness of the recruitment process.
• Manage candidate interview sign-up process & prepare interview schedules; troubleshoots any problems that arise from on-site interviews.
• Ensures all hiring paperwork is filled out thoroughly and all required screening protocols completed including medical and reference checks for all new hires as well as, psychometric tests and background checks when required.
