Overview

Join GlobalLogic Poland as an ABAP Technical Lead for the S / 4HANA Cloud (S / 4C) project IRC . The role is part of a pivotal, long-term program to migrate all Market Organizations worldwide to SAP S / 4HANA Cloud with a roadmap extending to 2030. This initiative standardizes core business processes, drives efficiency, and enables future innovation using SAP cloud technologies, including the Business Technology Platform (BTP), while adhering to “Clean Core” principles.

As an SAP S / 4HANA Cloud Technical Lead, you will be a key member of the core technical leadership team, steering the transformation. You will work in close partnership with another technical lead and SAP implementation teams, providing architectural vision and technical governance, focusing on high-level solution design and strategy for the client’s global enterprise systems.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical authority to define and design robust, scalable, and sustainable solutions on the SAP S / 4HANA Cloud and BTP platforms.
• Lead technical discussions within the agile team, providing expert guidance to Product Owners and Business Analysts to translate functional requirements into clear technical specifications.
• Establish and enforce development guidelines and best practices, ensuring all solutions align with the overall enterprise architecture and adhere to “Clean Core” principles.
• Collaborate closely with the existing technical lead, developers, and SAP implementation partners to ensure consistency, clarity, and quality in all technical deliverables.
• Review and approve technical designs and specifications that will be implemented by a dedicated development team, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
• Serve as a key technical representative for the company in complex architectural discussions with technically strong counterparts and external partners.
• Support and influence the long-term project roadmap by providing insights on technical feasibility, risk, and opportunities for innovation.
