We are looking for an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead large-scale SAP implementation initiatives within an international and multicultural environment. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong leadership skills, and hands-on SAP delivery experience.

At least 12 years of experience as an SAP Project or Program Manager in distributed, multicultural environments

Proven track record of delivering at least three full-cycle SAP implementations.

Direct experience managing SAP S / 4 HANA projects – mandatory.

Strong financial and budget management skills.

Solid understanding of the SAP Activate methodology and the full program lifecycle.

Prior consulting experience and hands-on SAP implementation background.

Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP, Agile PM, PMI-ACP).

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.

Fluent English (both written and spoken).

Willingness to travel within Poland and across the EU.

Nice to Have :

Understanding of SAP technical architecture and system integrations.

SAP Certified Associate – Project Manager (SAP Activate) certification.

Experience managing external vendors on behalf of the client.

Exposure to change management, business analysis, and process transformation initiatives.

Knowledge of TOGAF and BPMN frameworks
