Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Network Operations Center (NOC) Specialist to join our team.You will work closely with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues, respond to alerts, and implement solutions that enhance our network operations. Solving, escalating and tracking of system incidents according to the defined Service Levels Analyzing, assessing and investigating alerts, warnings and errors generated by the corporate IT systems, applications and infrastructure components and issued by users Performing operational tasks connected with corporate IT infrastructure (Remote Infrastructure Management) Cooperation with other support teams within entire organization Building-up and contributing to Knowledge Base Qualifications Primary support for WAN, LAN, WiFi issues Familiarity with IT Network basic topics Knowledge of IT infrastructure Proficiency in English language Good communication skills Team player (international environment) Stress-resistance Willingness to learn Additional Information Bosch’s culture of innovation and digital transformation offers you a fantastic platform to grow your skills and enhance your network.
