Senior Project Manager (software)

Location : Wrocław

We are now looking for a Senior Project Manager with experience from development of

Embedded Systems

and / or

Cyber Security

to the

DeLaval Project Management Office

Key Responsibilities

• Project and Program execution

Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of the project, while efficiently managing dependencies and risk efficiently.

Build efficient program and project teams, provide direction, and fostering open communication to achieve objectives efficiently.

Manage relationships and communications with stakeholders, including upper management, product management, IT, engineering, supply chain, and market, ensuring transparency and involvement.

Establishing goals and plans by understanding and aligning with long-term organizational goals, securing the project expected benefit and business case.

Qualifications And Experience

As a person, you are driven and well-structured at both operational and strategic levels, with a strong customer focus. You are humble, collaborative, and an excellent communicator. Your problem-solving skills and experience in intercultural collaboration enable you to work seamlessly across diverse teams at all levels and functions within an organization.
