What are we up to as LiveChat?

WAY OF WORKING

We work in eight-week cycles called project increments, which are divided into two-weeks sprints. But dont worry - we dont put rigid rules over efficiency ;) #flexibility

We speak English, not necessarily on a daily basis, but you can expect to hear and use it in company-wide meetings and in most of our written communication.

We are also remote-friendly and we dont get attached to fixed hours . Instead, we want you to focus on the outcomes. For our daily work, we have Jira, Confluence, and Slack. Some of us prefer working from our pet and party-friendly office, which is located in Wrocław. Its also our go-to place when we meet for our company integrations ;)

ABOUT YOUR TEAM :

Let's Hack the Planet!  We leave no stone unturned in the pursuit of answers. We provide hints and guidelines for our great developers to help them make secure applications. We are continuously looking for new ways to identify and remediate threats that may affect our members, customers, partners, and intellectual property. Occasionally, we do some policies and procedures to regulate our security standardsAre you curious about what we've been doing lately? Its confidential ;) If we tell you we have to hire you. : )

ABOUT YOUR ROLE :

Design, and implementation of a secure system development life-cycle

Design, implementation, development and maintenance of various security tools and solutions, including cloud-based systems and SaaS applications

Contributing to risk assessment process, incident management, and forensic analysis

Vulnerability assessments

Implementation and Maintenance of IDS / IPS solutions

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE HAS :

A bachelors degree in computer science, information technology or a related field.

Substantial experience in information security

Ability in writing a code in Python, Go Lang or JavaScript programming language

Hands-on experience with Linux

Skills in field of Async communication, negotiating and persuasion

Hands-on experience with security tools : IDS / IPS, Vulnerability Scanners

Knowledge of cloud security concerns

Familiarity with MacOS security would be a plus

Understanding of current legislation related to a data privacy would be a plus

You need to have very good knowledge of written and spoken English.
