We are looking for:
IT Project Manager

The Project Manager position is a part of the SAP team embedded into IBACentre structure (PwC’s internal technology team) and is responsible for coordination of transformation projects related to the on-going deployment of a new ERP system (SAP S/4HANA) following a dynamic implementation road map across multiple territories of a PwC network. The role is 100% focused on internal processes and stakeholders.

Your future role:

• Planning and coordinating project tasks,
• Monitoring and reporting project progress,
• Stakeholder management (EM/FI Continuous Improvement Program representatives, project owners, project teams, vendors),
• Supporting decision making regarding priorities and backlog items,
• Collaborating with development and quality assurance teams,
• Being responsible for project deliverables,
• Delivering project reports including status reports, dashboards, and tracking and analysis across the full project portfolio,
• Ensuring effective collaboration between projects and level 2 support teams for smooth handover of project deliverables to Business as Usual support,
• Ensuring proper escalation and risk mitigation process.

Apply if you have:

• Bachelor or Engineering degree in Technology or a related field,
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Project Manager in a technology‑related environment,
• Experience in complex international ERP implementations; experience with cloud solutions is an asset,
• Functional knowledge of SAP S/4HANA or other ERP systems (an advantage),
• Understanding and working experience with project management best practices and methodologies,
• Proficiency in change management and continuous improvement standards,
• Ability to quickly and effectively prioritize multiple issues,
• In‑depth understanding of business complexity within a multinational organization (time zones, cultural diversity, offshore teams, matrix structures),
• Excellent communication and analytical skills,
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team,
• Fluency in English.

Nice to have:

• Professional qualifications such as PRINCE2, APMP, PMP, Agile, SAFe, Scrum.
