Due to our continued success, we are recruiting for consultantswith experience working with Business Systems and API's. In these roles, you’ll join our dynamic team and support our customers through their implementation of Unit4 ERP focusing on some of our most exciting new tools within extensions, integrations and reporting.

Job Description

As an associate technical Consultant (TechOps), you will work with our business system Unit4 ERP, joining a highly knowledgeable and experienced team. This team is part of a global consulting organization operating in an international environment. You will perform assignments with new and existing customers, with installations primarily in the cloud.

In cloud assignments, you will have an advisory role, acting as the technical contact person and the link between the project and the cloud. This includes supporting project members with technical issues and assisting in our global cloud migrations strategy. You will also advise customers regarding their infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and scalability. Additionally, you will work closely with the CloudOps team to ensure seamless integration and operation.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of working experience in relevant area
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure is a must
• Basic knowledge of SQL
• A proactive approach to learning and skill enhancement
• Readiness to tackle challenges with a positive attitude
• Strong team player with a deep understanding of the value of collaboration and support
• Customer engagement skills, with the ability to respond to customer needs and build long-term relationships
• High levels of responsibility and reliability
• Structured and organized approach to work
