Ready and maintain financial, business transactions and whole process related to billing of invoices and credit notes, regular reconciliation of AR accounts. There is the possibility of further development and exposure to other countries within ClusterPerform weekly and monthly accrued revenue and outstanding invoices reportPerform rebates and deferred revenue calculationPerform monthly / quarterly recharge - IC invoicesSupport in the yearly external & internal AuditMaintain account receivables to ensure aging is up to date, credits and collections are applied, uncollectible amounts are accounted for and miscellaneous differences are clearedFocus on cash collection : building relationship with customers to ensure the company receives payments timelyCash applicationWork with business departments to ensure that the correct information is reflected in billing system, serving of business needs of internal and external customersConsider the needs of internal and external controls, accurate reportingEnsure the proficiency with the accounting system as the basis for billing and reporting and resolving any discrepanciesPerform month end close related tasks and activities, other ad-hoc tasksPrepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations providing necessary evidence / justifications for AR and Revenue related accountsProviding support for other countries within ClusterAll About You
Minimum 2 years’ experience in Finance / AccountingBachelor’s or master’s degree in accountingor similar is preferredLanguages : English– fluent (min. C1)Understanding of accounting software and programsWorking experience in an international environment is a plusInquisitive and proactive nature, “Can do” attitude and comfortable working autonomously.Attention to detail, accuracyUnderstanding of basic accounting principlesAnalytical and problem-solvingSelf-motivated and collaborativeComputer literate with good MS Office skills - Advanced MS Excel skillsWhat we offer
