Pega is changing the way the world builds software. In this role, you'll work with a diverse team of product managers, developers, and designers to help shape the experience across Pega’s SAAS products and digital experiences. Our team works on diverse, cutting-edge projects involving everything from Generative AI to Decoupled Drupal to advanced test automation and continuous integration.

What You'll Do at Pega :

  • Develop and code enterprise-class SAAS and web applications.
  • Troubleshoot complex production issues.
  • Build decoupled, single-page, and traditional web apps using Drupal.
  • Collaborate closely with front-end developers throughout development.
  • Integrate websites with Pega’s enterprise systems.
  • Partner with test automation team to implement continuous regression testing.
  • Work with UX team to deliver exceptional user experiences.
  • Utilize and customize Drupal contrib modules.
  • Adopt development best practices through training and peer programming.
  • Improve team workflow with tools and processes.
  • Create documentation for system users and implementors.
  • Communicate with project managers, product owners, and team members to clarify deliverables and priorities.

Who You Are :

The ideal candidate should be an intelligent, motivated, and accomplished web developer with a track record of building state-of-the-art, scalable, extensible, and feature-rich websites. Among the qualities we’d be looking for :

  • Strong technical skills and a tenacious approach to problem solving
  • Passion for learning, applying and sharing new technologies
  • A commitment to collaboration and teamwork in all facets of development
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team

    • What You've Accomplished :

  • BA degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years PHP / SQL development experience with a content management system
  • 2+ of Drupal experience
  • 2+ years experience with git, SSH and command line
  • 2+ years experience with agile software development and Scrum
