Opis pracyBachelor's or Master"s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Extensive experience in software development with proficiency in languages such as Java, Python, or similar. Deep understanding of SaaS and cloud technologies, including experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Familiarity with modern software development methodologies like Agile and Scrum. Experience with microservices architecture, APIs, and web services. Experience in the airline or travel industry with knowledge of distribution, pricing, sales, and servicing. Understanding of IATA's New Distribution Capability (NDC) and other relevant standards. Proven ability to lead and manage engineering teams effectively. Strong mentoring and coaching skills. Experience in hiring, performance management, and career development. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Fluent in English (both written and spoken). Engineering Manager

Key Duties
- Lead and manage a team of software engineers to deliver high-quality SaaS and cloud-based solutions.
- Drive the technical direction, architecture, and implementation of projects aligned with IATA standards such as NDC, ARM, One-Order, and IFG.
- Work closely with product management, design, and sales teams to define and execute product roadmaps.
- Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
- Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Implement coding, testing, and deployment best practices to ensure scalability and reliability.
- Identify and resolve technical challenges, providing guidance and innovative solutions.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation within the team.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation effectively.
- Promote a culture of high performance, accountability, and continuous improvement.
