about the role

  • Act as technical specialist delivering knowledge and solutions for Charging (ZTE, Huawei, Ericsson, others…) and Voice Monetisation (ZTE, Microsoft, others…).
  • Make technology recommendations and harmonise technology deployments across the Orange footprint (global, local).
  • Design recommendations regarding technical security aspects of proposed solutions in all areas of competence.
  • Collaborate to design and apply security standards, systems, and authentication protocols, as well as best practice for security products.
  • Contribute to RFP, to make strategic decisions and technology recommendations across Orange Group.
  • Execute validation strategy in cooperation with vendors and Skill Centres leaders. It is not limited to, preparing scope of validation, testbed build, installation and configuration. Creation of the report and outcomes presentation.
  • Support BuyIn and Skill Centres to negotiate technical contract terms in Group Sourcing Contracts (CSC) with vendors.

about you

  • Technical University level education.
  • Working knowledge of mobile operator telecom technical areas – services, sessions control, charging.
  • Working knowledge of applications and platforms security.
  • Familiarity with relevant industry standards and protocols.
  • IT & services strategy : contribute to and implement Orange enterprise architecture standards (examples : TMF ODA and APIs, etc).
  • Knowledge of trends, solutions and tools for communications infrastructure, , containerisation, CI / CD pipelines, micro-services.
  • Being open for technical trainings and knowledge sharing, deliver high-quality work while working in office or at home.
  • Being open for diversity in professional work.
  • Command of English.
  • At least 6+ years’ experience in communication system network and system design, systems integration or system / project delivery role, especially with business-critical, high-availability telecom systems.
