The Impact You'll Make in this Role

As a Syndication Senior Analyst you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.

Here you will make an impact by :

You will have a chance to experience processes of syndicating 3M product data to our customers.

Delivering product information in correct and required syndication formats.

Managing complex Syndication projects in-between Digital Operations / IT EMEA / Business Group / 3M Partners.

Identifying opportunities to improve data quality & reduce cycle time.

Supporting E-commerce Project Specialist by delivering product information in individual formats, mapping and converting product content to format specified by customers.

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications :

Intermediate Skills and 2-3 years of experience in Digital marketing, including : syndication, industry standards, product content management, e-commerce.

Proficiency in using Excel for data analysis and reporting

Affinity to work in-depth with data and data structures.

Very strong analytical, conceptional and structured outside-in thinking.

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include :

Strong project management skills.

Experience with Salsify, ETIM, BMEcat.

Ability to describe / collect complex data requirements and translate it to customer specified format.

A strong customer service ethic for both internal and external customers.

Collaborative team player.

Job specifics :

Location : Wrocław, MidPoint 71, Powstańców Śląskich 9

Work Your Way : Hybrid – minimum 2 days per week / 8 days per month in office

Target Job Grade : (8) Please note that the Job Grade provided indicates the target 3M Global Job Grade range and may vary depending on the skills and competencies of the candidate and local compensation guidelines.
