Overview

As a Senior FP&A Analyst, you will play a key role in driving our business performance . You will provide financial insights, deliver accurate forecasts, and support leadership in making the right strategic decisions. By analyzing financial and operational data, you will identify trends and opportunities, helping us anticipate challenges and make proactive adjustments.

In this role, you will be a trusted partner to business leaders , translating complex financial information into clear recommendations that drive results. Your work will not only ensure transparency and accuracy but will also directly shape the decisions that move our business forward.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, variances, risks, and opportunities.
  • Partner with business leaders by providing financial insights and recommendations that support strategic decision-making.
  • Lead forecasting, budgeting, and planning processes , ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with business objectives.
  • Prepare and deliver dashboards, reports, and performance reviews to communicate financial results and drive accountability.
  • Support Executive Leadership Team decisions by delivering high-quality analysis and actionable insights.
  • Drive process improvements and standardization to increase efficiency and strengthen financial reporting.
  • Manage ad hoc analyses and special projects , adapting to business priorities and evolving needs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, with advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling tools.
  • Solid technical knowledge of Accounting and Finance theory and practice.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure, within tight deadlines, and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented and highly accurate in handling financial data.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
