responsibilities :

Support and develop SAP Solution Manager and SAP Basis areas, including user authorization management, role configuration, and profile setup,

Design and implement SAP security policies and conduct authorization audits,

Resolve 2nd and 3rd line support tickets related to SAP Basis, authorizations, and cross-application issues,

Diagnose technical problems, perform root cause analysis, and configure SAP systems to deliver effective solutions,

Design and optimize SAP security roles based on business requirements,

Collaborate with 1st-level support and other IT teams to ensure timely issue resolution,

Build strong client relationships by addressing support topics promptly and effectively,

Lead and execute minor projects and system changes tailored to specific customer needs,

Maintain comprehensive documentation of support issues, solutions, and project changes.

requirements-expected :

University degree (preferably in IT, Management, or Economics),

Experience with SAP Basis and BC-SEC module, including role and authorization object configuration,

Hands-on experience with SAP Solution Manager (e.g., ChaRM, monitoring, technical documentation),

Ability to design and implement SAP security policies with compliance and risk management in mind,

Experience conducting security audits and recommending improvements,

Familiarity with ticket management systems (e.g., ServiceNow),

Understanding of ITIL principles and managed service processes,

Strong command of English (German is a plus).
