Role Concept

The Portfolio Project Manager

ensures the successful execution of client engagements and internal implementation projects under Delivery Assurance contracts.

This role combines portfolio management and delivery governance

with deep product expertise, ensuring that all projects are executed with consistency, transparency, and maximum business value.

As trusted advisors, Delivery Assurance Leads leverage their expert-level knowledge of the Creatio platform to validate approaches, guide best practices, and ensure every delivered solution is both technically sound and aligned with client needs.

Key Responsibilities

Product Expertise

• Serve as a product knowledge carrier within the Delivery Assurance portfolio, demonstrating expert-level understanding of the Creatio platform and its ecosystem.
• Proactively advise clients and partners on optimal solution approaches, configurations, and platform capabilities.
• Ensure delivery consistency by promoting Creatio best practices across all projects.
