Solid technical proficiency : programming skills and the ability to understand large and complex systems and architectures. Independence & proactive attitude : ability to take initiative and act without excessive supervision while maintaining a high standard. Goal-oriented mindset : focus on achieving specific project goals and adaptability in a dynamic environment. Collaboration & communication : ability to work effectively with teammates and other teams, clearly sharing knowledge and cooperating with external organizations (e.g. major browser vendors, W3C, GitHub discussions). Ability to build Proof of Concepts (PoCs) : creating prototypes and experimental solutions to evaluate effectiveness and utility. Your work will combine programming, research, and analytical skills to evaluate the effectiveness and feasibility of various ad tech solutions., Assessing new privacy mechanisms (e.g. Privacy Sandbox APIs) by building PoCs, testing, and suggesting improvements (via GitHub issues or meetings)., Exploring solutions for Android and iOS, including creating prototypes to improve performance on mobile platforms, in collaboration with other teams and leveraging ML opportunities., Many more — including your own ideas!] Requirements : Python, Java, PyTorch, NumPy, pandas, Git, PoC, Scala, TypeScript, JavaScript, BigQuery, GCP, AdTech Knowledge Tools : Jira, GIT, Agile, Kanban.
