Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service to Polish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
  • Efficiently handle customer inquiries and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of company products and services to support customers effectively.
  • Document customer interactions accurately in the company's CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and customer experience.
  • Participate in training sessions to continually develop your skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Polish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Prior experience in customer service is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and positive mindset with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece and embrace a new culture.
