Ensure compliance with tax legislation, regulations, and internal policies; proactively identify risks and recommend solutions. Maintain accurate tax records and documentation; assist in internal and external audits. Prepare and verify documentation for tax calculations, reporting, and disclosures. Liaise with external tax advisors, auditors, and authorities to resolve tax matters. Support improvements in tax reporting processes, focusing on automation and efficiency.

- Minimum 2 years' experience in tax compliance, accounting, or financial reporting within banking, financial services, or corporate sectors.
- Good knowledge of Polish tax laws, including VAT, CIT, and regulatory reporting requirements.
- Proficient in Excel, with experience in data validation, reporting templates, and document management.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and accuracy in tax filings and documentation.
- Able to work independently and in a team, managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Fluent in Polish and English, with clear written and verbal communication for internal and external coordination.
