Senior Business Intelligence Analyst

We are looking for a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to join our mission to create a #CyberFit future and protect all data, applications and systems across any environment.

As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will be translating data into meaningful and actionable insights for Acronis' global customer support team. Analysis performed will directly impact and influence strategic decision making across the support organization. You will be responsible for building, maintaining, and improving reporting and dashboard capabilities in both Salesforce and PowerBI. In this role you will be working closely with senior level support team members to define requirements, projects and tasks. To be successful as a Business Intelligence Analyst you should have a passion for data, highly analytical mind and strong English written and verbal communication skills in order to effectively collaborate with globally distributed team members.

What You'll Do

• Communicate with stakeholders, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and end-users to better understand, analyze, communicate, and validate requirements
• Design, develop, test, implement and maintain PowerBI reports, SSIS packages, and Python scripts.
• Work with Query Editor to connect to different data sources and work with data models
• Maintain and improve online reporting portal
• Use various sources to pull data into Power BI such as SQL Server, Salesforce and Excel. Schedule automatic refresh in Power BI service
• Develop custom calculated measures using DAX in Power BI to satisfy business needs

What You Bring (experience & Qualifications)

3+ years of experience in / with :

Business Intelligence (Power BI desktop, Power BI report server),

SQL

Knowledge of Python desireable
