Opis pracyManaging day-to-day finance and accounting activities, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting Driving effective cash flow planning and working capital optimization to ensure financial stability and support business continuity Partnering with C-level executives on financial matters, business performance, and strategic initiatives Preparing annual budgets, financial forecasts, and performing in-depth variance and trend analyses Supporting the development of financial strategies and participating in business planning processes Providing actionable financial analysis to operational teams and senior leadership for performance optimization Driving improvements in financial reporting, budgeting tools, and business intelligence systems Cooperation with external stakeholders including banks, auditors, and regulatory bodies Supporting internal control functions and ensuring alignment with audit and compliance standards University degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related discipline At least 5 years of proven experience in a senior finance or leadership role High level of proactivity, integrity, and adherence to professional standards Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong focus on cross-functional collaboration Solid knowledge of investment financing and capital structuring Fluent in English (minimum B2 level), with the ability to operate effectively in an international business environment Willingness to work on-site at the company's office in Łódź
