• Experience working with enterprise IT systems; familiarity with internal corporate systems and relevant SOPs is highly desirable.
• Good understanding of IT service management processes, including incident, problem, and service request handling (e.g. ServiceNow or similar tools).
• Knowledge of user access management and platform governance principles.
• Ability to work in accordance with corporate IT policies, procedures, and risk management requirements.
• Strong documentation skills and attention to detail.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to manage configuration changes and platform-related activities.
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with technical and business stakeholders.
