Mainframe Operational Demand Specialist will be responsible for the effective coordination of activities between different operators and teams

ODM (Operational Demand Management) is a very mixed role - coordination, documentation, operator procedures, mainframe console management, automation point, VDI (Virtual Desktop Infrastructure) server management

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Oversee and monitor workflow and ensure that all tasks are performed according to established procedures
• Create and maintain accurate documentation of processes and procedures
• Configure, monitor and diagnose mainframe operating systems to ensure efficient operation
• Implementing appropriate tools and solutions to streamline operations and processes
• Configuring, monitoring and maintaining VDI environment (including managing virtual machines, providing user access and resolving performance and availability issues);

Required skills and experience :

Mainframe team - mainly people from Poland + a few English speakers
