As a Full Stack Engineer, you'll develop features from inception to deployment using Java and TypeScript, working on both standalone services and React apps running on the Dynatrace Hub.

Responsibilities

• Help build Dynatrace’s analytics platform to deliver intelligent, trustworthy, and actionable business data experiences – enabling agentic AI through productized data governance, observability, and contextual enrichment.
• Work on high-impact data pipelines and backend services that power insights into product adoption, customer journeys, and engineering efficiency – making the Dynatrace platform the foundation for data-driven decisions.
• Develop in a cloud-native environment using TypeScript and Java, building scalable systems with clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Use Dynatrace products to monitor and improve the systems we build, creating a feedback loop that enhances both development and user experience.
• Contribute to understanding the value a product delivers and make meaningful contributions to its design and architecture.

We offer only employment contracts (PL : Umowa o pracę / UoP) and a hybrid working setup with 2 / 3 days per week in the office. This is a permanent role and not a B2B contract.
