About the Role
To help you seize all the opportunities available when launching your career at Euroclear, we established the IT Newbies Graduate Program designed to help unique young talents join our dynamic international teams with extra-guidance and support at all levels.
You'll be joining the AI Delivery squad within the Analytics, Insights and Reporting (AIR) tribe, part of our Group Digital Capabilities (GDC) division. Our team transforms data into insights using techniques like machine learning, natural language processing, and optimization.
This is an entry-level opportunity for individuals passionate about AI / ML and eager to grow in a collaborative and innovative environment.
What You'll Do
- Assist in developing and deploying AI / ML models under the guidance of senior engineers.
- Learn to monitor and maintain models in production environments.
- Support data preparation and validation tasks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
- Contribute to building our Azure Cloud Data Platform.
What We're Looking For
Understanding of machine learning concepts and Python programming.Familiarity with libraries like pandas, scikit-learn, or similar.Interest in learning MLOps tools and practices (e.g., MLFlow, Azure ML Studio).Willingness to learn about cloud platforms (Azure preferred), version control (Git), and data engineering basics (SQL, ETL).Curiosity about NLP and AI applications in finance.Nice-to-Have
Exposure to web frameworks (FastAPI, Flask), CLI tools (Typer, Click) and Data / ML orchestration tools (Airflow, ZenML, Dagster).Experience with Jupyter notebooks and turning prototypes into clean code.Experience with the Databricks platform.Knowledge of Unix / Linux command line basics.Soft Skills
