Collections Team Leader with French

Opis pracyComfortable office environment Ensure sound policies, processes, and controls around collections services Analyse accounts driving aging and provide appropriate action plans to reduce aging Partner with other departments to handle critical business decisions on collections Collaborate with internal teams to ensure end-to-end processes are running smoothly Team management activities Identify appropriate system enhancements, and participate in system testing Provide explanations and implement solutions to root cause problems Process improvements activities Effectively manage high-risk situations Support the hiring and manage the on-boarding process of new team members Educational background Relevant professional experience in Accounts Receivables / Collections Previous experience leading a team Fluency in English; knowledge of any of Nordic languages will be an additional asset (Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish or Danish) Proven experience with continuous improvement and / or project management. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Package. Experience in process migration and centralization
