• 5+ years of professional experience working with Laravel and React ecosystems;
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field, or equivalent experience gained through hands-on work;
• Solid skills in developing web applications using JavaScript / TypeScript, PHP, HTML5, CSS, and MySQL 8;
• Strong interest in UX design, interface aesthetics, and creating elegant, user-friendly solutions;
• Curious and proactive mindset — eager to learn, collaborate, and share knowledge across teams;
• Enthusiastic about automated testing and continuous integration / deployment (CI / CD) practices;
• Proven ability to lead technical initiatives and coordinate small engineering teams (3+ people);
• Experience mentoring colleagues and supporting their professional growth and development;
• Previous background in product-oriented organizations with multiple cross-functional teams;
• Demonstrated success in driving engineering improvements that positively influenced other teams or the overall company;
• Experience working in fast-paced environments such as startups or rapidly scaling companies;
• Strong focus on users, paired with effective communication and interpersonal skills;
• Excellent command of business English, in both spoken and written communication.
