Opis pracyMaster’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. 3–5 years of experience in management accounting, financial control, or auditing. Advanced proficiency in Excel and MS Office tools. Solid understanding of IFRS and financial reporting standards. Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to manage workloads and meet deadlines. Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English (knowledge of French is an advantage). We are seeking an experienced Accounts Reporting Specialist to join our finance team. In this role, you will oversee the management and control of financial reporting and prudential data across multiple entities. You will ensure compliance with international accounting standards (IFRS), analyze financial data, and contribute to enhancing our financial processes. Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and oversee group financial reporting using internal tools.
- Ensure consistent application of accounting standards (IFRS) across entities.
- Monitor and update the consolidated and non-consolidated group structures.
- Perform financial analyses, including valuation of non-consolidated securities, equity analysis, reconciliation between management and cash accounting, balance sheet reviews, and tax analysis.
- Draft procedures and operational guidelines to streamline reporting processes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve reporting accuracy and efficiency.
