Role Summary

Supports operational activities in accounting, maintenance, vendor oversight, purchasing, occupancy services, and helpdesk while providing administrative support as needed.

Key Responsibilities :

Workplace Management

• Provide hospitality for guests and employees
• Resolve building services issues (janitorial, conference rooms, workstations, furnishings)
• Coordinate maintenance activities across EMEA within SLAs
• Manage CMMS tickets and convert external requests into trackable tickets
• Conduct inspections and ensure facility compliance with regulations
• Implement operational procedures and identify improvements
• Manage projects within client budget and identify cost-saving opportunities
• Coordinate special events and manage office supplies
