This position offers a hybrid model, with 2-3 days per week working from the EPAM location office.

Responsibilities

• Engage deeply with senior executives to define and execute Enterprise-wide Data Management & Governance Strategy programs and business-cases, often becoming the trusted advisor
• Lead Data Management & Governance assessments to help clients gradually improve capabilities from current state to the viable state of maturity by creating strategy, roadmaps and implementation plans
• Leverage your deep understanding of business and IT capabilities to build technology solutions for Data Management and Governance which help to innovate and create value across the client organization
• Provide end-to-end services from strategy ideation and use case elaboration to MVP implementation and further enterprise scaling-out
• Lead customer conversations and architectural teams to define modern Data Management architecture and developing practices to manage data through its lifecycle
• Support business development efforts, including proposal development, Statements of Work and client presentations
• Create consulting offerings and reusable templates
